Who we are

Muttley Crew Dog Walks and Training is run by Tom Holmes in Banff, Aberdeenshire. You can contact us by email at muttleycrewdogwalks@gmail.com or by phone on 07935 927035.

What we collect

We only hold the details you choose to give us when you contact us — for example your name, contact details and information about your dog. This website has no account system, no online booking and no payment processing.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form on the contact page does not send data to a server. It opens your own email application with your message ready to send, so your details travel directly from you to us by email.

How we use your information

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer details for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as soon as we can.

Third parties

Pages on this site embed a Google Map and link out to Facebook and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies when you use them.
