• Keyboard access to every link, button, menu and the reviews carousel.
• Visible focus outlines throughout.
• Descriptive alternative text on photographs and accreditation badges.
• Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast.
• Video with controls, no autoplay and no sound by default.
• Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation.
• Layouts that reflow cleanly on phones, tablets and desktops.
